However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur. This is particularly relevant to the tableware. Horn is a natural product and slight variations in colour may occur, each piece is unique.
Orders
Payment for orders is made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
All card transactions are processed by Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and processed across a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), ensuring a secure link between your browser and the server. International orders are charged in GBP pound sterling. The prevailing exchange rate of the day is charged /converted by the respective credit card company used.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. You will need to follow the standard returns procedure. Please contact us directly on 07957 640037 for further information.
Product Withdrawal
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.
