Summary of Trade Terms
Minimum order £300 + VAT
Minimum order of 5 pieces per product for horn/rosewood and marble
Minimum order of 10 pieces per product for lacquerware
Minimum order of 20 pieces per product for bespoke pantone colour
Stock held in Somerset, if an item is out of stock lead time is 6-8 weeks for horn/rosewood, 12-16 weeks for lacquer and marble.
Carriage £5 per order
Carriage paid £500
Pro-forma payment required for the first two orders
Subsequent orders 30 days
Payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer - bank details on invoice
A 50% deposit is required upon placement of order for UK orders of £5k and above, with the balance due 30 days from the receipt of goods. In the case of pro-forma customers, full payment is required on placement of order.
For volume orders where 100+ per item is ordered, a 50% deposit is required upon placement of order and the balance due 30 days from receipt of goods. In the case of pro-forma customers, full payment is required on placement of order.
For overseas orders, we require 50% deposit on placement of order and the balance on shipment. In the case of pro-forma customers, full payment is required on placement of order.
All goods remain the property of Sarah Petherick Ltd until full payment is received.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
Delivery periods stated in quotations are current at date of quotation and are subject to confirmation at time of order. If an item is out of stock, lead time is 6-8 weeks from receipt of order/pro-forma payment.
Any damages must be notified in writing or by email within five working days of receipt of goods.
Due to the natural material colour variations are likely to occur from one piece to the next.
