Summary of Trade Terms
- Minimum order £150 + VAT
- Minimum order of 5 pieces per product code
- Stock held in Somerset, if an item is out of stock lead time is 6-8 weeks
- Carriage £5 per order
- Carriage paid £350
- Pro-forma payment required for the first two orders
- Subsequent orders 30 days
- Payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer - bank details on invoice
- For volume orders where 100+ per item is ordered, we require 50% deposit on order and the balance 30 days from receipt of goods. In the case of pro-forma customers, full payment is required on placement of order.
- For overseas orders, we require 50% deposit on placement of order and the balance on shipment. In the case of pro-forma customers, full payment is required on placement of order.
- All goods remain the property of Sarah Petherick Ltd until full payment is received.
- Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
- Delivery periods stated in quotations are current at date of quotation and are subject to confirmation at time of order. If an item is out of stock, lead time is 6-8 weeks from receipt of order/pro-forma payment.
- Any damages must be notified in writing or by email within five working days of receipt of goods.
- Due to the natural material colour variations are likely to occur from one piece to the next.
