Every purchase comes wrapped in tissue paper, if your order is a gift we are happy to enclose a handwritten greeting, please include this on the order form.
Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us along with a copy of your invoice. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund providing the item(s) arrives back in its original condition and within 14 days from receipt. Please make sure to retain your proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit without this.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
All returns will be subject to a transaction fee of £2.50 per order.
